Reflections

Learning that a lot of what we see in others is a reflection of ourselves has been an eye opener.

I'm seeing the good, the bad and the indifferent and realising that many of these same traits are my own.

It helps to recognize the good parts of yourself because it makes it easier to deal with those that are less palatable.

Hey, I just came across the blog. Very nice! I liked your blog about letting go. Unfortunately, that can be easier said than done! Great pics of Seattle! BTW, will there be any Cherry Blossoms to be found in the Emerald City? We don't get to see those down here in Texas much. :-(

I find for me that letting go is a continual mindful process.

As far as blossoms there should be plenty if we don't have a huge wind storm in the next week.

You're blog is so zen. I didn't know you were so full of insightful aphorisms!

Yes. This is the pain and beauty of life and relationship, I believe. Each person and experience eeks out a different part of my Spirit.

I have learned to be grateful for the whole of it, not just the fluffy, happy bits.

There is peace in this place.

LOVE this picture, John. *KISS*
